At Zevixs, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective,  received by the customer.

  • To raise a return request, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening.

    • The shipping label on the package.

    • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.

    • The damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

  • Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products returned after the 3-day return window.

  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Requests made without a valid unboxing video.

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting conditions.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable.

Replacement Policy

  • Customers may request a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery.

  • Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
